This tour isn't about ticking off pyramids and snapping selfies — it's about stepping into time. For 14 days, you’ll follow the Nile just like ancient pharaohs, priests, and foreign explorers once did. From Aswan to Cairo, you’ll sail on a traditional dahabiya boat, sleep near temples, enter tombs most tourists never see, and learn Egypt’s layers from people who’ve dedicated their lives to its secrets.

It’s part history, part slow river dreaming. With a lot of sand, stories, and some serious wow moments.

⚱️ Walk through a closed-to-public tomb in the Valley of the Nobles — guided by someone who’s worked on its excavation
⛵ Sunset lectures on the upper deck of the dahabiya, with the Nile just sliding by quietly
🐪 Private sunrise visit to Abu Simbel before the crowds — quiet, surreal, unforgettable
🏺 Visit a dig-in-progress near Saqqara (schedule permitting)
🧠 One night in Cairo ends with a roundtable talk: “Was ancient Egypt really a mystery?” You’ll have opinions, trust me

Accommodation & Food
The dahabiya is a beauty — wood, brass, soft cushions, and just 12 cabins max. No loud engines (it sails with wind!), no big crowds. On land, hotels are hand-picked for location and character: think Nile-side views, old-world charm, and solid Wi-Fi (most of the time). Food leans traditional Egyptian: lentil soup, stuffed vine leaves, grilled meats, dates, pomegranate everything. Vegan and veggie-friendly too — just let us know.

Who is this for?
People who read museum labels and footnotes
Travelers who want to understand dynasties, not just see statues
Solo thinkers, couples with curiosity, anyone who's dreamed of hieroglyphs and desert light
Not ideal for those who hate sand, history, or slow boats (respectfully)

A Note Before You Book
Egypt can be overwhelming — it’s noisy, hot, old, and full of contrasts. Some temples are crumbling, some toilets questionable. But the magic? Still here. You’ll need good walking shoes, a sunhat, and a brain ready to be blown open.
This isn’t just a trip. It’s a conversation across 5,000 years.
