Cancellation and Refund Requests
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. The following refund conditions apply:

Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the tour's start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour’s start date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour's start date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed after the cancellation request is confirmed.

Changes to Booking
If you wish to change the dates or transfer your booking to another tour, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability, but additional fees may apply. Please contact us for more details.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political instability, or other emergencies, we may need to cancel or reschedule tours. In such cases, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to rebook for a future date. We will notify you as soon as possible if any changes occur.

No Refund for Non-Attendance
No refund will be given for guests who do not show up for the scheduled tour, or who leave the tour early for personal reasons.
